File Types we cannot accept:

Publisher, Quark, InDesign, Freehand, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Corel, .gif, .bmp, .txt, .html, low-resolution PDF, low-resolution .jpg, low-resolution .png

Vectored Files (Adobe Illustrator)

  • All text must be outlined. (learn more about outlining text)
  • Or the appropriate font must be sent to Displayit
  • Any linked/placed images must be provided to Displayit
  • Any linked/placed images must be built at 100 DPI at full size

Pixel Based Files (Adobe Photoshop)

  • Pixel (Bitmap)Based Files must be built at 100 DPI at full scale (or 200 DPI at 1/2 scale)
  • We accept flat or layered files, but we will not be able to edit or alter flat files

Color Modes

  • Lambda graphics should be set up in RGB color mode (Red, Green, Blue)
  • All other files should be built in CMYK format (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black)
