Customers are great at being noisy when something's gone wrong, but we rarely say anything when it all goes right. Just wanted to let you know that the (ShowStyle) briefcase display was a monster hit. This was an especially nice win considering how apprehensive the client was about it. He was sure the thing would just be too complicated or that they wouldn't get it to look right, etc. But it arrived as planned, he had it out of the box and assembled perfectly in seconds. I think he's even going to order another one in English! Thanks for all your help, and for making me look like a rock star with my client.
The table covers I ordered are perfect! A wonderful feel to the material, perfect fit on our table, and the required inspection certificate enclosed as well. I know this is simply everything we discussed, it's just that so often in today's business world things don't go exactly as they should. It is just so nice when they do go as expected. I’m back in the office. The show was very, very successful and our booth was fabulous. It made us look like real contributors to the industry and we certainly shone as having the best 10x20 booth there! (a totally unbiased opinion on my part!) Thanks again to Displayit. You all were so very patient with us, gave us a wonderful artist to work with and allowed us to shine at our first National Cable show. I’ll be recommending you every chance I have!
