- Don't wait till the last minute. The design process works best when we have enough time to really discuss your ideas and needs. We will need time to brainstorm, create and handle the proofing process. Allow a minimum of 3 weeks, while 4 weeks is ideal.
- Provide us with the right materials. If you will be supplying us with graphic elements such as exisiting logos and images, please make sure they meet our requirements. Ask one of our exhibit consultants exactly what you will need.
- Provide our designers with as much information as you can. We don't know your business. Only you know exactly what you want to accomplish with your graphic designs. Share as much information about your company as you possibly can. The more information you can convey to us about what you want in a design, the shorter the design process will be. If you have an idea of what you want your display to look like, you can send us a mockup created in word, power point or even a scanned hand-drawn image.
