Upload Your Artwork

UPLOADING INSTRUCTIONS:

You may upload art before or after you place your order. Please follow the instructions below to complete the form to the right:

  1. Review the Artwork Requirements below.
  2. 2 GB maximum per upload - If your files exceed this limit, please mail a data DVD here.
  3. Please compress all files as a .zip or .sit file.
  4. Fill in the form to the right. If you are sending your file(s) to a specific Displayit representative, put their name in the comment box.
  5. Click "Choose File" to select your file(s).
  6. Click the "Send File(s)" button.
  7. Do not close the browser until the upload is completed. Do not open another browser TAB.
  8. You will receive an automated email confirming your upload. Once Displayit receives your art, we will check it for quality and correct sizing. We will inform you of any issues we find.

Artwork Requirements:

Please make sure:

  • The file format is on Displayit's list of supported file formats.
  • Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop files should be saved as CS4 (or earlier) format.
  • All text is outlined (or fonts are provided) (click here for help on outlining text).
  • All linked images are provided.
  • File is built at full-size (100 dpi minimum) or half-size (200 dpi minimum)
  • PMS colors are provided for any critical colors.
  • For Rapid Print or Screen Printed table covers: file is vectored without any gradients, shadows or glows.
  • Always zoom in to 100 percent and visually check file quality. This gives you a good representation of what the final print will look like.
