If your art is under 100 Mb, you can use YouSendit:

You Send It

YouSend It will allow you to send files under 100Mb in size for free.

1. Go to www.yousendit.com
2. Fill in artwork@displayit.com in the To: field
3. Fill in your email address in tht From: Field
4. Subject line: Put your order number (if you have one) or any other information that will help us identify your job
5. In the message field, write a note explaining what the art is for
6. Click Browse and select the file you want to send
7. Click Send It

 

If your art is under 1GB in size, you can use Pando:

Pando

Pando will allow you to send art under 1GB in size for free

Go to www.pando.com/downloadfree

1. Go to www.pando.com/downloadfree
2. Download and install the Free Version for Window or Mac
3. Open the newly opened Pando software and click the "Share New" button. Then click Email.
4. In the To: field, type artwork@displayit.com
5. Click Browse, and select the file you want to send (up to 1 GB)
6. If you have an order number, type it in the Subject line.
7. Fill in a message describing what the art is for.
8. Click the Send button at the top of the window
9. Make sure Pando uploads the file completely
You should receive a confirmation email
