Standard Tension Fabric Display Construction:
Tension fabric display frames are built using 1", 1 1/4" or 2" anodized 6063-T6 aluminum tubing, making them both strong and lightweight. We primarily use metal connectors in order to avoid the common problem of broken parts associated with plastic connectors. In addition, our tube wall is up to 80% thicker than other manufacturers, so are frames are stronger and more durable.
Our tension fabric display frames have straightforward designs and only require one or two basic tools, making assembly quick and easy. In addition, each structure with simply yet detailed assembly instructions. When the structure is more complex, we either shock-cord the tubing together or label each part. If needed, we can also supply a certified stamp of approval from a licensed Structural Engineer.
Standard Tension Fabric Display Connectors:
We have three different connector options in order to balance the needs of strength, rigidity, and aesthetics. Many competitors use connector systems with an exposed snap joint. The cumulative effect of a little play from multiple snap joints can cause their frame to be flimsy and loose. Flimsy frames may be mis-shaped when assembled, and may require a very tight cover to add the needed rigidity. Covers that are too tight can be difficult to install and easy to tear. Our slim line and heavy duty connector systems wrap directly over the snap joint creating a better shaped, more rigid structure. This also allows the fabric cover to fit better and install easier.

Tension Display Fabric Covering:
Clean-Fit Backer: Standard finishing includes an exclusive Clean-Fit Backer, which produces the cleanest and smoothest graphic cover in the industry. Clean-Fit backers are available in a variety of stock colors at no extra charge. And depending on your needs, we can customize the back with printed graphics or colors.
Flex-Fit Liner: Occasionally certain graphics and lighting require a liner for added opacity. Our unique Flex-Fit Liner provides added opacity without the puckering and wrinkles associated with lower quality liners and fabric structures.
Note: Standard fabric is flame retardant.
Tension Display Packaging:
To ensure your fabric tension display arrives undamaged, we ship each one in a durable, foam-lined, coroplast box that you can use over and over again. The graphic is also shipped in it's own bag and any loose parts and tools are placed in a seperate zip-lock pouch.
In addition to the rigid reusable coroplast box, each structure ships with a duffle bag that can be used inside the standard box or inside a display crate of a larger booth. For larger units or those that will receive frequent use, we can provide customized wooden crates or special roto-molded plastic cases.
