What Size Table Cover Do You Need?

There are two main sizes of table covers, 6 and 8 feet. Although these are the most common sizes, we can provide custom sizes as well. We can even create round table covers! The typical height of a trade show table is 30", which is what we price on our web page. Again, they can be custom tailored to fit your needs.

Rapid Print, Screen Print & Dye Sublimation

We provide three ways to add graphics to your table cover. A table cover with no graphics is a great way to add some color to your booth, but adding a logo and/or text will take your display to a new level. There are three main methods of adding graphics to a table cover:

1. Rapid Print

This process is great for graphics that only use solid colors (see logo color choices here) creates your graphic from a computer cut vinyl material, commonly used on sports uniforms, such as football jerseys. The vinyl is transferred to the table cover with a high temperature heat press. The vinyl is permanently adhered and will not peel, crack or fade. The maximum logo size is 45"w x 13"h. It can be washed and ironed.

2. Screen Print

Sometimes referred to as Maxi Print, this is a great way to add specific colors to a number of table throws (we can match PMS colors). Screen printing is the same method used for printing on T-shirts, sweatshirts, etc. There is a setup fee for each color, which can be a little costly for one table cover using multiple colors, but if several of the same table cover are being produced, you will have a fantastic looking table cover at a great price.

3. Dye Sublimation

In this process, the color is vaporized onto the fabric, creating a high quality print. This process also allows any number of colors, including specific PMS colors, to be printed at an affordable price. You can choose to have only the front of your table cover printed or you may choose to print the entire cover! The choice is yours.

Standard or Economy Table Covers

Standard Table Covers

A standard table cover reaches the floor on all four sides of the table. This is particularly useful in situations where the back of the table may be seen. This is also a good area to store product.

Economy Table Covers

An economy table cover reaches the floor on three sides, with a five to six inch "lip" on the fourth side, which keeps the table cover in place. These covers are handy when you will be sitting at the table or if the table will not be seen from the back.
