What Size Table Cover Do You Need?
There are two main sizes of table covers, 6’ and 8’ long. Although these are the most commonly purchased sizes, we offer 4' table covers and adjustable table covers, and we can also provide custom sizes, including round table covers! The typical height of a trade show table measures 30", so our table covers measure 30” high and 30” deep accordingly. Should your needs differ, you may request a custom-tailored version.
Rapid Printing, Screen Printing, & Dye Sublimation
We provide three ways to add custom graphics to your table cover. A table cover without graphics is a great way to add a splash of color to your booth, but adding your company logo and/or text will help your display stand out from your competitors' displays. We’ll discuss each printing method in more detail below.
Rapid Print

This process is great for graphics that strictly use solid colors (see available color choices here). Graphics are created from a computer-cut vinyl material (commonly used on sports uniforms, such as football jerseys). The vinyl is then transferred to the table cover fabric using a high-temperature heat press. The vinyl becomes permanently bonded to the fabric and won’t peel, crack, or fade. The table cover can be washed and ironed. Production time is 5-7 business days.
Screen Print

Screen printing, sometimes called “maxi-print,” is an excellent choice for clients with very specific color-matching needs (we can match PMS colors). This printing method is the exact same printing method used for printing images on T-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.
One potential drawback is that each color has its own setup fee. If you’re producing one table cover with a multi-color logo, this printing method won’t be as cost-effective. If, however, you’re producing several table covers with the same multi-color logo, you’ll receive fantastic-looking table covers at a great price. Production time is 10 business days.
Dye Sublimation

During the dye sublimation process, heat is used to transfer dye onto fabric. Since the fabric becomes infused with the dye, the printed image is less susceptible to fading and distortion over time (compared with other print processes).
Table covers that are printed using dye sublimation offer clients unlimited color choices (including PMS color matching), an ability to print complex designs (including designs with drop shadows or gradients), and an unlimited print area. You can have the entire table cover printed, or you may print on the front only; the choice is yours. Production time is 5-7 business days.
Standard or Economy Table Covers?
Standard

A standard table cover reaches the floor on all four sides of the table, which is useful in situations where the back of the table may be seen. Since the table will be covered from its top to the floor on all four sides, products may be stored underneath the table and out of view.
Economy

An economy table cover reaches the floor on three sides of the table, with a five to six inch "lip" on the fourth side (which holds the table cover in place). These table covers are more beneficial when you’ll be sitting at the table or if the table won’t be seen from the back.
