Shopping for Table Top Displays

Using a table top display can be a very cost-effective way to exhibit at a trade show or give an effective presentation.

Table top displays are one of the most underutilized resources in face-to-face marketing programs. These displays are frequently used at smaller shows, and people often neglect to spend enough time selecting and designing a display that will help them achieve their show goals. With the right plan in place, you can create a table top exhibit that's appropriate for your venue and effective in helping you reach your marketing goals.

We offer an incredible selection of table top displays. When beginning your selection process, ask yourself how your exhibit will be transported to your event. Can you take it with you, or will you need to ship it to your event? Don’t choose a display based solely on its initial purchase price; take other factors, such as potential future shipping costs, into consideration. You may have selected a particular table top display because it fit your budget, but the display must be shipped to each event. After a few uses, you realize you’ve paid more for shipping costs than you did for the display itself!

Next, ask yourself what you want to communicate to your audience, and how that information is best shared. Will your message be most effective when presented in a large mural format? Will you have several pieces of information to communicate to your audience?

Finally, think about the environment of your event’s venue. What will your competitors have? Make sure your table top exhibit is of the highest quality and appropriately sized for your event; otherwise, you won’t be competitive.

Below, we discuss some of our table top displays in more detail; use this information to help you determine which type of table top display is best for you.

Types of Table Top Displays

Self-Packing

Show Style Briefcase Display

We carry a number of self-packing displays. These displays may be folded up and packed without requiring an additional case of their own. While these cases aren’t ideal for shipping via UPS/FedEx, they’re very easy to fold up and place in your car for transportation. These displays are recommended for local and regional shows.

The ShowStyle briefcase display is a lightweight display that folds up and carries like a briefcase. It’s great for small shows, recruiting fairs, and presentations to small groups; however, its 24" height may limit its impact at larger events. The ShowMax and Voyager displays are larger displays that also provide an easy-to-use area for your graphics; these exhibits are better suited for larger local or regional events.

To ensure your display has the most impact, consider adding a printed table cover to your table top presentation.

Reversible

Reversible Table Top Display

Our reversible table top displays range from 39"-51" in height and are usually around 6' wide. These displays are covered in a Velcro-compatible fabric, to which you attach your graphics. While these displays are economically priced, be advised that they require a larger shipping case for transport, resulting in higher shipping costs when shipped via UPS or FedEx.

To make your display even more effective, consider adding a printed table cover to your table top presentation.

Pop-Up

Pop-Up Style Display

If you already know you’ll need a larger display that will be shipped often, consider a pop-up style table top display. Pop-up displays provide 60” of height and widths ranging from 6 to 8 feet, and they pack into compact, wheeled cases. Choices include fabric- or graphic-covered panels. Pop-ups are larger in size and are perfect for large-format graphics. These displays pack easily into shipping cases that are smaller than the cases used for reversible table top displays, which means reduced shipping costs.

Newer options available to our customers include Blast table top displays and OneFabric table top displays. These exhibits are comprised of traditional pop-up frames, with flexible fabric graphics attached. The graphics remain attached to the frame, allowing for the display to be set up and taken down in a matter of seconds.

To leave a lasting impression on your audience, consider adding a printed table cover to your table top presentation.
